Instructions For Applying Stickers And Labels
For best results and to maximize the life of your stickers & labels, we recommend the following steps:
- Find a suitable flat surface
- You thoroughly clean the surface before application
- Measure out or use a marker pen to mark where the sticker / label is being applied
- Peel off sticker / label from the backing paper
- Using an Avery Squeegee or similar product to apply even pressure from the center to the outer edges.
( All our stickers can be removed once applied, a small amount of glue residue will be left if removed. )
Size Guide - Choosing The Right Size
In any circumstance, it is critical safety signs are clear and visible from a distance. If you can not see the danger or hazard... You will not know it is there!

All health and safety signs / stickers will require different viewing distances, but we recommend using the larger sizes where applicable for maximum vision.
Placement of the sign is also an important factor for visibility. Example: Eye Level Height, Above Head Height, Close To The Hazard etc.
Material Guide - Choosing The Right Material
When manufacturing our products, we print directly onto self adhesive vinyl using Anti-Fade Eco-Solvent Ink. This guarantees our products are of the highest quality on the market. Please see below for a detailed description of each material we currently use.
- Self Adhesive Vinyl ( Sticker & Label Products ) 5-7 Year Lifetime
A flexible durable material with a high tack adhesive. We use special outdoor rated material so suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.
For optimal application, please find a smooth clean surface when applying stickers or labels.
If you are on a budget, vinyl stickers / labels are the cheapest option we offer.
Self Adhesive Vinyl
- 1mm Semi-Rigid PVC ( Sign Products ) 5-7 Year Lifetime
Semi-Rigid PVC offers versatile budget signage, the thin 1mm material offers easy installation and a subtle finish.
Suitable for both interior and exterior use.
- 3mm Rigid Plastic ( Sign Products ) 5-7 Year Lifetime
Similar to PVC but more robust and increased thickness. More suited to outdoor use as this type of sign can be installed almost anywhere.
- 4mm Corrugated Plastic ( Sign Products ) 3-5 Year Lifetime
Our cheapest sign material we have on sale, more suited to temporary use such as construction sites etc.
- 3mm Aluminum Composite ( Sign Products ) 5-7 Year Lifetime
Our premium sign material, solid in construction and of the highest quality. Aluminium composite signs are the one to go for because they will last for year after year!
Top To Bottom: 1mm Semi-Rigid PVC, 3mm Rigid Plastic, 4mm Corrugated Plastic, 3mm Aluminium Composite
Lamination Process
To increase the longevity of our products, we laminate all of our printed stickers and signs using the laminator below. ( Writable products excluded )
