Product Name: Blind Spot Angles Morts Motorhome Sticker
Additional Product Description: French Blind spot Stickers also know as Angles Morts Stickers are mandatory in France from the 1st of January 2021. From this date, all vehicles above 3.5 tonnes are required to display these stickers on the vehicles such as heavy goods vehicles, trucks, lorries, buses, coaches etc.
Placement of Stickers: The stickers must be installed on both sides of the vehicle and on the rear. On both sides, the stickers must be applied at a height between 0.9 and 1.5 metres from the ground. The sticker on the rear must be applied to the right hand side of the vehicle. This sticker must also be applied at a height between 0.9 and 1.5 metres from the ground.
Exceptions: There are a number of exceptions to the rule. This applies to vehicles where it is impossible to apply the stickers to the required areas on the vehicle. In this scenario, the stickers should be placed at the nearest height possible, as long as it falls within the 2.10 metre limit. Some examples of vehicles where the stickers may be applied in other places are car transporters, tractor units for trailers, container chassis, platform vehicles, tank vehicles, adjustable arms for dump truck and dollies. It is not possible to affix the markings on the rear of the vehicle on these vehicles, therefore the sticker may be affixed in a position compatible with the characteristics of the vehicle. Vehicles where it is structurally impossible to apply the stickers to the side and / or rear are exempt from the blind spot sticker scheme.
